This is a calendar of all ATC Manager Food Safety Classes. Most locations offer multiple training and exam options. View each event to see all format options. 

ATC offers two exam options in every location: ServSafe and National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP). Both exams are ANSI accredited and acceptable versions of the Food Protection Manager Certification Examination for regulatory compliance. ServSafe exams are only available at the specified dates and times listed on each event page or by appointment with a proctor. NRFSP exams are available at testing centers nation-wide and done by a scheduled appointment at these testing centers.  For more information, view each event by clicking on the calendar link below. Workshop

To register for the Manager Food Protection Class and ServSafe Manager Food Protection Examination, choose from the registration options below.

Class begins at 10:00 am, and the exam begins at 2:30 pm. Exam only students are encouraged to by 2:20. The exam is administered electronically for instant results. Students will need to bring a tablet or laptop (smartphones ok too) for the exam.

Exam Results

Exam results are instant and proof of passing score is available the same day, with the electronic exam version. Pen and paper exams may take 3 weeks to process. Allow 8-10 hours for the online class. Registration for online class up to three days before the exam date. Online class can be done over the course of a one month period and does not have to be completed all on one sitting.

Food Manager

The Food Safety – Conference Room Manager Food Safety workshop in  runs from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
